Hi sorry not been around so busy finishing of Maddisons presents. Glad to say they are all wrapped and hidden.
I have my daughter home for Christmas which is lovely, we are off out in the morning to get her last minute presents, something for Maddison ,brother and myself. Then there is just the last minute food shop to do, thank goodness.
Maddison is due around tomorrow again for her weekend stay it doesn't seem a minute since last friday.
I have had a lovely play with some flower stamps that I spotted at the craftshop last time I went. I have mase three cards. I stamped the flowers and coloured them all with promarkers.
The first card I used my new tonic dies the trellis and the window box. The sentiment is from a set of Sheena Douglas.
The next one i put pears in the centre of the flowers and used a corner die.
The final card I put orange gems in the centre for the stamens, also a Marianne die.
Hope you like them. Love and hugs x ChrisB

  1. Such pretty floral cards - nice to see something other than seasonal ones! I have my eye on that trellis die too. You've been busy with some pretty knitting as well. Have a great Christmas and all the best for the New Year

  2. Wow - three gorgeous cards Chris. I love the trellis die - but can I justify the expense at the moment? Think not. The internet is decidedly iffy here at the moment - seem to without it as much as with so if in case I don't the the chance again I'll wish you a very merry Christmas now.

  3. Hi Chris,

Sorry I've not dropped in for a while. Life has been pretty manic recently and we had a 5th birthday weekend for Isabella so I had the weekend in Harrogate helping out. She had a bouncy castle party on the Sunday. Mamma stayed in the kitchen making drinks for the grown ups and washing up, lol! Only problem was I came down with a stinking head cold and a week later I'm in agony with sinusitis. Think a visit to the Dr is on the cards for me tomorrow or I might not be able to eat my Christmas dinner ;0(.

You've made a lovely series of cards with your new stamps Chris, all beautifully coloured and co-ordinated. I've looked back through the posts I've missed too and you have made some fabulous cards. I love the things you've made for Maddison too. I'm sure her face will be a picture on Christmas Day.

Have a wonderful time with Maddison over Christmas and I wish you a very happy, healthy and peaceful New Year Chris.

    Lots of love
    Lesley Xx
