Less is More - Pastels

Over at Less is More this week its Pastels. For my card I have used a stamp byDarkroom doors from the set friendship flowers. I stamped it onto gloss card and embossed it with Mallow Flame cosmic shimmer embossing powder. I then coloured the background with Spun Sugar distress ink. I also stamped over the image with the same colour and a fancy font stamp. Cut it out with Spellbinders Die and added pearls. For the card I used a plain white card and used the same font stamp. I also coloured the ribbon with the Spun sugar distress ink.

  4. Oh my goodness you have been making some wonderful cards whilst I have been AWOL

So sorry to hear about your son's problems - hope everything works out well in the end.

Please don't exhaust yourself, I know it's hard as a mother/grandmother - we are the 'glue' holding everything together aren't we. But you do need to be kind to yourself - or else there is a risk of you being totally exhausted.

    Thinking of you
    xx
