Gosh can hardly believe it's a week since my last post. The time is going too fast at the moment for all I want to do.
Yesterday I was at the hospital again for my check up and mamogram. Just waiting for the result now it's just over a year since I found my cancer. At least the sun was shining and I had a dry day waiting for buses.
Today the weather as been horrible cold, damp and miserable, but I had a nice day crafting.
I made three quick cards with the new embosssing folders from Papermania and there paper and die cut pad. I'm afraid the pics aren't too good alot of reflection.
Th lighthouse card is made with a set of Kanban stamps, the background paper is off Shabby Chic Vintage travel of Debbie Moore. The other is using my favourite die at the moment and a topper from Mulberry wood everyday.
This afternoon, Pat, Joyce and myself went to Sheilagh's class at the Craftypatch Chorley. We had a lovely time getting very inky, we used moulding foam and made out own stamps.
We used a button folder and some used small round sticky pads waste to create them. We made a decorated bag and matching card. Louise kept us going with lots of hot chocolate and  chocolate cake.
I'd had a lovely time and Hubby and made tea ready for when I got in lovely Roasted Butternut squash, sweet poatoes, pepers , onion and garlic served with sauage and a bit of bacon hotpot left over from yesterday. Scrummy!!

I've sat knitting and watching Paradise on TV then come posting my cards. I hope you've all had a good day whatever you've been doing. Happy crafting. Hugs x ChrisB

  3. Hi Chris, crikey, you really put me to shame with your productivity. Lots of beautiful creations in this post and all quite different. Lovely work and I'm so glad you had a lovely time with your friends. Your lucky to have a hubby who cooks. Mine can boil or fry an egg and make beans on toast, lol!

I too hope your test results are good and will be keeping my fingers crossed for you.
