I'm sorry that I have not posted this week but have been having trouble with my internet modem keep flashing on and off. I have been on to Sky and I'm hoping that the problem as been found.
I have managed to make two cards. The first one uses the Papers and Image from Chic Boutique Deluxe Edition. Which I think is still on offer at Kraftyhands website for Half price £9.99 it is a double cd. I have made a shaped gatefold card and glittered my backing paper. Also added some die cuts and flowers that I made using the rose backing paper from the cd.
My second card I have made for a friend who adores Quilting I will be sendin it to her as it's her birthday next week. I have made a quilt and added some tools. I used Grandma's Button box cd by Katy Sue designs.
I stamped the needles and the cotton holders and wrapped some cotton around them and added real buttons. I had lots of fun making both of these cards yesterday.
Thanks for dropping by and I hope you all have a lovely weekend. Happy crafting. Hugs x ChrisB

Congratulations Sue on your win. Two great cards again today. I'm up early and whizzing off to the Port Sunlight show this morning. If you haven't found the solution to the blinkie thing by tomorrow I'll write to you how to do it. No time now - got to get a move on.

Congratulations on your win - sorry I can't help with the blinkie but I see Beryl has promised a solution later. Two lovely cards.
ReplyDeletecongratulations Chris !
ReplyDeleteAs far as the blinkie goes, what i was told to do was to right click in the image, then chose save to computer - remember where you put it, i usually use my pictures, then go to your blog, go to design and I think layout, chose add image from options, chose image of blinkie, click add and ok - hopefully that should do it.
If it doesn't hope Beryl can sort it out for you - good luck!
